    \nInternship Certificates will be provided to interns engaged for one month and above.

    \nInternship is a part of our Volunteer Action program.:
    \nOur interns come from diverse professional and educational backgrounds, and are seen
    \nas integral contributors in the areas of Education, Women Empowerment, Health &
    \nHygiene & Skill Development.
    \nThe experience with Reincarnation Association will enable the interns to:
    \n\u2022Provide an opportunity to put into practice and deepen their theoretical knowledge of
    \ndevelopment issues.
    \n\u2022Provide a platform to develop a more grounded understanding of human rights &
    \nchallenges in an Indian context.
    \n\u2022Provide an opportunity to learning, researching, campaigning, networking skills and
    \noperational aspects of development work.
    \n\u2022Provide opportunities to strengthen, scale up and build volunteer programs.
    \n\u2022Provide exposure to take action for human rights & challenges in their daily lives.
    \n\u2022Enable them to transform into committed volunteers for human rights after the
    \ninternship program.
    \nInternship programs are designed:
    \nTo offer exposure to students and working professionals from varied academic and
    \nprofessional backgrounds. The design of an internship depends on both the interest and
    \nskill areas of the interns as well as requirements of Reincarnation Association.
    \nNote: This is an intensive engagement and no stipend is offered.
    \nWhat it offers
    \nOur interns and volunteers are involved in working on various human rights issues such
    \nas child labor, education, health, and other issues related to human and child rights.
    \nThe interns get a chance to explore, know and contribute in important mainstream
    \nwork of the organization ranging from public mobilization, fact finding researches, field
    \nexposures and documentation, pilot run project ideas, organizing events and many more.
    \nThe options mentioned are not exhaustive and can be various; there is always a scope for
    \ninnovation and experimentation with novel ideas.
    \nEligibility criteria:
    \n\u2022Should be above 18 years of age
    \n\u2022Should be in college\/ recent pass out
    \n\u2022Should be able to put in a minimum of 4 weeks; 6 weeks or more is desirable
    \n\u2022Should give dedicated time and intensive commitment
    \n\u2022Should believe in values upheld by Reincarnation Association \u2013 Respect for Human
    \nDignity, Transparency, Innovation, Accountability, Secularism, Non Violence, Working in
    \nPartnership.\n<\/p>
